This beautiful semi-detached house with a thatched roof and well-maintained garden is located in Lohme, in the Ranzow district, on the Jasmund Peninsula in the northeast of the island of Rügen. The impressive cliffs and chalk coast, as well as the majestic Königsstuhl in Jasmund National Park, are about a 25-minute walk away. Ranzow Castle, featuring an 18-hole golf course, a restaurant, and a wellness area, is in the immediate vicinity.
For nature lovers and hikers, the house offers an ideal starting point for wonderful excursions into the stunning countryside. It’s just a stone’s throw to Lohme, with its small, idyllic harbor, a village store, and excellent dining options.
The DHH Svantevit 2 offers 78 square meters of living space for 4–6 people and consists of two bedrooms and an open-concept living/dining area with a kitchen. The house also features two bathrooms. A terrace and a beautifully landscaped garden invite you to relax. There are also two parking spaces next to the house (one behind the other, one under the carport; total length 9.45 m) as well as a covered, lockable bicycle shed. Internet with Wi-Fi is available.
On the first floor of the semi-detached house is the cozy living-dining room with an open kitchen. From there, you can access the front terrace and the garden. The living area is decorated in light colors and furnished in a cozy, modern style. The modern built-in kitchen features a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, and numerous kitchen utensils.
The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, both furnished with comfortable box-spring double beds. A travel crib is available for young guests. A fifth and sixth person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. There is a TV in both the living room and both bedrooms.
The house has two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a shower and bathtub.
A washing machine is available for use. A high chair is provided for young guests.
Garden furniture is available on the terrace for cozy outdoor meals.
