Our ground-floor apartment features a large living area with a fully equipped built-in kitchen, including, for example, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, toaster, egg cooker, electric kettle, coffee pod machine, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, plenty of dishes and silverware, salt, pepper, and sugar, coffee filters, dish towel, and much more, two bedrooms, each with two double beds (1.80 x 2.00 m) and two nightstands, a wardrobe, and a dresser. There are also two bathrooms with showers and toilets
and a guest restroom. A hair dryer, toilet paper, and hand soap are provided for you bereit.Im In the living room, you’ll find a desk, a cozy sofa set that can be converted into two extra beds, a seating area right by the window, a large flat-screen TV, and a hi-fi system. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.

Our house is located right in front of Sassnitz’s old town. Here you can enjoy peace and relaxation.
Since Villa Feodora is situated directly on the high cliff, you’ll have a stunning view of the Baltic Sea. From here, it’s just a 10-minute walk to the Sassnitz harbor. There, you can enjoy fresh fish at numerous restaurants or simply watch the fishermen and their boats go about their daily work.
Sassnitz is very centrally located. From here, you can easily reach many of the attractions Rügen has to offer. For example, the treetop trail in Prora, about 13 km away, or Karl Erdbeerdorf in Zirkow, about 23 km away.
Jasmund National Park is just a 10-minute walk from us. From there, you can either hike the popular trail through the forest (about 9 km) or drive about 11 km to the famous Königsstuhl.
Sassnitz also has plenty to offer in terms of cuisine, Whether at the Italian restaurant at the harbor or the Greek restaurant in the city center.
