The Sonne vacation home offers 95 m² of living space and can accommodate up to 9 people.
The building is suitable for people with allergies. During the eco-friendly renovation, care was taken to avoid allergens and chemicals. The floors are made of limed natural wood planks or are tiled. The walls are painted exclusively with chalk paint. Pets are not allowed (allergy-friendly, cleanliness). Smoking is permitted only outside the building on the terraces.
The first floor is completely wheelchair-accessible—parking, entry, living area with a sleeper sofa, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, shower, and restroom; both terraces are wheelchair-accessible.
The house has two bedrooms. The spacious living room with a semi-open kitchen features a sleeper sofa for 2 people. The large bathroom is located on the first floor, and there is an additional small bathroom/toilet on the upper floor. The living room is equipped with a TV, a small hi-fi system with CD player, Bluetooth, aux input, and radio (FM and DAB digital)
During the cooler months, the fireplace and underfloor heating provide cozy warmth.
The modern, built-in kitchen—installed in 2019—includes a dishwasher, a microwave with a grill function, a ceramic cooktop with four adjustable burners and an exhaust fan, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Kitchen amenities also include a coffee machine, 2 additional coffee makers, a toaster, an electric kettle, as well as a wide range of other kitchen utensils, silverware, and dishes for at least 9 people.
The well-appointed bedrooms, each featuring a large double bed and an additional pull-out double bed, offer excellent sleeping comfort for 4 adults in each, thanks to their high-quality mattresses. Restful tranquility—even for those who like to sleep with the window open (protected from insects). Ample storage space is available in the closet and on the shelves. The beds are already made upon your arrival, and towels are provided. (1 linens package includes: pillow, duvet cover, sheet, bath towel, hand towel, and foot towel). Children up to 6 years old stay free of charge. The linens package for children up to 6 years old is not included but can be booked for an additional €20.
Parking spaces are located right next to the house. You can store your own bicycles in the workshop. However, 6 bicycles are available (including 2 children’s bicycles for ages 5–8 and 8–12).
Important Information: The booking price includes a security deposit of 300,-€, which will be refunded after a damage-free checkout.
