Whether you're in Knoxville to see a game, visiting your kids at school, or in town for work or fun, this nicely-renovated studio apartment has everything you'll need to enjoy yourself! Across from UT's campus & two blocks to "The Strip," this convenient unit is the perfect spot for your stay in Knoxville!
The space
This perfectly-appointed, fully renovated studio apartment is located adjacent to UT's campus, only two blocks from "The Strip", and an easy 10-15 minute walk from both Neyland Stadium and Thompson-Boling Arena.
The condo complex is a converted former hotel and contains approximately 100 units which caters largely to students but is also home to medical professionals, professors and artists, among others. Guests should be aware that students DO live in this building. The HOA does a great job of enforcing their set "quiet hours" but we wanted to make sure prospective guests are aware that due to the proximity to campus there are students that call the building home. The complex makes available to its residents a modest pool which is open during the summer months.
The unit itself has been thoughtfully renovated to make the most of the 400 sq. ft. space. A comfortable Murphy bed affords guests more room during the day to stretch out and call this place your home away from home. The unit can accommodate up to 4 people with two people sleeping on a Serta sleeper sofa that converts into a full size bed.
The kitchen offers everything you would need while away from home. Plates, cups, utensils, and pots and pans are all provided. The kitchen has a cooktop stove, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, sink with garbage disposal, and refrigerator.
The condo has ample closet space, a desk to take advantage of the free WIFI and get some work done, 32" wall-mounted TV with a Roku for streaming, basic cable, and in-room washer and dryer.
Shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, towels, bed linens and pillows (for both the bed and the sofa bed) are all provided. There is an iron, ironing board and hairdryer available for your convenience. We will also leave dishwashing and laundry detergent for you to use during your stay.
**IMPORTANT: If you do not have a permit tag and choose to park in the garage, you will be subject to being towed. There is usually street parking available within a one-block radius.**

This place was great!! Parking was super easy and having a pass for the garage was so helpful. Studio apartment is cute and well set up. Bathroom a little small, but love having a washer and dryer included. Great use of space! Place was perfect for 2 adults and our teen daughter. Location was super convenient. Will definitely stay again if we are in Knoxville!

The bathroom very small. TV outlet did not work. My husband had to rig it up to an extension cord.
