This beautiful rental was conveniently located to Neyland stadium and Lindsey Nelson stadium. Restaurants and shopping were minutes away. The host responded quickly to all messages. We will definitely be renting again the next time we visit Knoxville!

This was the perfect couples getaway house - minutes away from the University of Tennessee and downtown Knoxville. The house inside was updated and nice.

Great property that’s super close to the UT facilities and campus! Very contemporary design and super comfortable space. The home was very clean and superior in price and design from any hotel room I found! WiFi was simple to use - coffee maker with supplies convenient - washer and dryer right in the home! I highly recommend this property and if back in Knoxville will check its availability.
