Our second time staying here while visiting our daughter at UTK. Very much enjoyed it again. Great location. Easy walk to both Market Square and Old City restaurants, etc. A definite plus to be able to bring our pup. Thank you!

Perfect spot to stay while visiting our daughter at UTK. Very centrally located close to restaurants, etc. of Gay Street, Market Square and Old City. Unit was very spacious and well equipped. Being able to bring our fur-baby was a nice bonus. Thank you so much for making your place available for our visit.
