🏠 At the Lily's Stencil we provide several different types of essentials to start you off during your stay! We start all our guests off with:
🚿 Shower essentials: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and multiple rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom
👩🏽🍳 Kitchen essentials: dish soap, sponge, filtered water, dishwashing pods, paper towels, basic spices, and cooking spray
☕️ Coffee essentials: K cups/Keurig, creamer, drip coffee pot, sweetener, tea and a kettle are provided. We ask that you bring your own coffee grounds if you would like drip coffee.
🧺 Laundry essentials: laundry detergent and steamer,
👶🏼 Traveling with kids? We have a Pack 'n Play at the listing available upon request. But we ask that you bring your own sheet for the Pack 'n Play.
CHECK-IN: Self check-in is available for your convenience.
NOISE:
This loft is located in the heart of downtown Knoxville, just steps from popular bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. Please note that due to its central location, you may hear some noise from nearby nightlife and street activity, particularly on weekends. Additionally, active train tracks run through the downtown area, and trains may pass by at various times throughout the day and night. While many guests find this to be part of the urban charm, light sleepers should be aware. For your comfort, we offer earplugs and noise machines in each bedroom and the living room. Both bedrooms are located away from windows are in the back of the unit.
HOME SAFETY: A fire extinguisher and first aid kit is located under the kitchen sink. The loft is also equipped with carbon monoxide and smoke alarms.
PARTIES: We love hosting guests who treat our space with care and respect. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not allowed—both for the comfort of our neighbors and in keeping with building rules.
Please also note:
✨ No glitter or confetti allowed in the space. They may seem festive, but they’re incredibly difficult to clean and can damage surfaces.
No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the loft or in the building.
Violations may result in additional cleaning fees or cancellation of your stay. Thanks for understanding and helping us keep the space great for all guests!
