Great location, clean rooms, comfortable beds, helpful host, always available. Thanks for complimentary additional bedroom was a good surprise. Paid underground large parking area within 50 meters and we could easily enter and find the spot in it.

A beautiful and clean apartment, with multiple balconies, in a good location in Thessaloniki, very close to a public parking garage (for which we got 20% discount by the apartment management).
Aside from the fact that the building is old and the elevator is tiny and slow, the apartment is missing simple and basic elements that could have easily upgraded our stay, such as towel racks, bedside tables, and the absence of a safe in the apartment. Additionally, the kitchen equipment urgently needs improvement - we booked the apartment for 5 people, but in reality, there were only 4 units of each item (4 plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.).
Moreover, the manager from the management company (Kinfeel North), who provided service for the apartment, was very polite and pleasant in communication, but in practice, did not assist or help us with anything when we needed her help. It started with the sofa bed in the living room not being prepared (as was agreed in advance), and continued with our repeated requests to complete the missing kitchenware - each time the host reassured us that someone would come to fix it, but in reality no one ever showed up, the missing items were never provided, and the manager kept blaming the cleaners for not coming, forgetting, etc. I must point out that this behavior negatively affected our experience at the apartment, and it is unlikely we will return in the future.
