Расположение очень удобное! Рядом с центром! Видно море и очень понравилось, что квартира находится не в низине, а на возвышенности, обдувает ветерком, что приятно в жару!

Very beautifully styled, spacious and own parking spot which is great to have in Cagliari as parking can be very difficult.
The kitchen wasn’t so great to cook in. The electric stove was very bad, no real big oven and proper pans. This might not be an issue for those eating out mainly but we like to cook our own food often. And this was the only downside to this place for us

Big, spacious and clean apartment, very well equipped. Not far from city center (5-10 minutes with car, less than 30 minutes on the foot). Closest beaches are 15 minutes driving.
