Estay - Via Roma Retreat

Consigliatissimo : ))

The flat was spacious, and the location was central.

We had issues with hot water and a sewage smell for the entirety of our stay. They did respond quickly via text, but their solutions were subpar at best. The hot water issue was somewhat fixed during our stay. They did not have a solution for the sewage smell - they claimed that the smell came from the old pipes in the building. Instead of trying to find a solution, they said that when they went into the apartment there was no smell.... Unfortunately, we asked for a partial refund, and they only gave us 10% off our stay of 5 days. Overall, it was more of an unpleasant experience than a pleasant one.
