The High Line is located on the fourth floor of a curated building, served by lift. The four rooms are all private and equipped with air conditioning, wardrobe and TV, while three also include a desk, convenient for those working while travelling. The two bathrooms are complete, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, both provided with towel sets and toiletries.
The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with an oven, microwave and dishwasher, with access to a small balcony ideal for a coffee or getting some air. A washing machine is also available, located in a private laundry area connected to one of the rooms. The spaces are designed to relax, work or eat together in a practical and comfortable way.
To fulfil the identification requirements provided by Italian public safety regulations, Propertize requires all guests to complete the identification procedure through their secure check-in system before arrival. The procedure may include entering identification document details and identity verification. Additionally, guests will be required to sign the lease contract and, where applicable, pay the tourist tax.
The amount indicated on the portal includes the rental fee due to the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be specified in the lease agreement and will result in the issuance of two separate accounting documents made out to the guest.
