Koukaki Cozy Studio Retreat 1' from metro

The location is amazing. Just 15 min walk from the main attractions like Acropolis, and 3 min walk from the metro station. There are shops, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies and everything you might need on vacation within short walk from the flat. The host was very friendly and helpful. The flat is equipped with everything you need - there's AC, a stove, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, a washing machine, and a smart TV. In the flat, we also found everything we needed - kitchen paper, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, bin bags, earplugs, and even oregano and olive oil, so we could prepare a Greek salad ourselves 😊 The flat has a very nice little balcony where you can feel the Atmosphere of Athens in the evenings.

The bathroom door is very squeaky, but that's an easy fix for the owners. There was an unpleasant smell in the flat when we arrived (dampness?), there is a dehumidifier, so it might get better. There is a restaurant just below the flat, so it gets louder in the evenings, but the noise insulation is pretty good, and, as I mentioned before, the owners leave earplugs for the more sensitive guests

Aris and George were very kind and helpful. Everything went smoothly and they were always easy to reach. The apartment had everything we needed. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat. The location was perfect, with a supermarket and good restaurants just downstairs. It was also easy to get around by public transport, including the airport, and the Acropolis was less than a 10-minute walk away.

Excellent location, very central, clean and as advertised. Clear and uncomplicated check in instructions.
