Stefanias sunny Acropolis Studio on Drakou pedestrian

Vieta tikrai puiki, iki Akropolio apie 10-15min pėsčiomis. Išėjus iš laiptinės papuolate į pėsčiųjų gatvę, kur pilna kavinių ir restoranų. Metro, tramvajus visai netoli, max 5 min ėjimo. Jaukus butelis :)

Garso izoliacija ne pati geriausia, bet viskas ok :)) Smulkmena :)

Great location. 5 mins from the station. 20 mins walk to everything in Athens. On your doorstep is restaurants a few bars. Supermarket is just 50meter away.

It can be noisy at night

Location is amazing! The street had a lovely vibe and Acropolis Hill was a 10 minute walk away. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and it was easy to get to by train from the Airport. The host was amazing and replied to my messages quickly with the information I asked for making my trip more memorable and easy! There is a lovely little bakery on the corner just down the street. Highly recommend. I would definitely stay here again!

Honestly, there was nothing.

First of all, I want to mention that the host was very nice, asked us if everything was okay, and left the keys in a safe place so we could find them easily. Secondly, what we liked was that the apartment was close to everything you might need: the city center, the metro, and you could get to the seaside quickly, just change the metro at Syntagma station and you’d be there in no time. So, for the location, a big plus.

Unfortunately, apart from that, we felt that for the price we paid, the amount requested was exaggerated. We were left with the impression: dirty, dirty, dirty. There are a lot of random things in the room that don’t belong there, everything feels cramped, and it’s not clean at all. The towels we received from the host were literally dirty and, even though they were folded, they didn’t seem to have been washed. The same with the bed linen, stained and actually damp!!! It was folded and left on the counter in the living room, and it was damp. In the bathroom, we were given only one roll of toilet paper for 4 nights and 2 people. The sink was dirty, the toilet as well, you didn’t even feel like touching it. I don’t want to be mean or unfair, but this is exactly how our stay was. We had to use our beach towels to dry off after showering because the towels given by the host made you feel like they couldn’t possibly be clean. In the freezer, there was an unfinished ice cream left inside, the knives were all sticky, and the lighting throughout the apartment was rather dim, especially in the kitchen (which we didn’t even use because it looked like it needed a thorough cleaning, everything was very sticky). Indeed, there was a bottle of water in the fridge, apparently tap water, unclear whether it was left by previous guests or placed by the host to welcome us, but I think it would have been a much better idea to buy sealed bottles instead of leaving one that you don’t know who used or how. What’s more, the host didn’t even put the bed linen on the bed, but just left it DAMP on the counter in the living room. I have traveled to many parts of the world, but I have never encountered such a way of receiving guests.
