Walking distance to the acropolis, the metro station and great restaurants around. The apartment has a really cute design!
The bathroom gets all wet when you take a shower. no AC in the living room. The neighborhood is pretty noisy at night.

Location is amazing, just a few minutes waking from everywhere. Check-in autonomous and smooth, and the flat is as expected. Amazingly silent for being in the center.
The heating wasn't working well in some rooms and the a/c didn't compensate. Was during a cold wave and the team tried to help, but something they need to get fixed asap.

The location of the building was convenient.
The property is in disrepair. The floor is rotting out and soft in the second bedroom, balcony doors from both bedrooms are falling off the hinges, bathroom window is falling off the hinges, and the balcony is moldy.
