Location- fairly close & accessible
1. Absolute Zero English by staff 2. Apartment smelling of cigarette 3. No wifi password available despite asking on Whatsapp 4. Booked for 3 but only one double bed was ready. Sofabed extra sheets & blanket had to be sorted. 5. Checkout time in booking was said as 1-2 pm but when asked, they said 12 noon & we had to make alternative arrangement.
