Location was great it is in the middle of the city proper near shops restos malls. Going to places makes trip shorter. 3 huge rooms with sala. Washing machine was working. Big fridge so many to put inside.
Having 3 bedrooms with 1 proper bathroom plus a squatting toilet made it difficult although manageable. It would help to place carpets inside bedrooms also.

الشقق قديمة نوعا ما مع تكييف من نوع الشباك ولكنه يعمل بكفاءة والأسرة غير مريحة عدم وجود ضيافة شاي وقهوة حتى ماء الشرب يجب ان تدفع مقابله

The interior of apartment style rooms needs renovation especially furniture. The AC is very loud. TV works and WiFi is sometimes disconnecting. Ask for a modem To be placed in your room.
Old kitchen furniture and loud AC. WiFi was giving issues.
