Room Size , furniture , Staff very Friendly with special thanks To Ayyaa at the reception she was very supportive , parking headache free with multiple options , breakfast was more than OK need more international variety and coffee counter improvement , location a bit far from the city downtown but can be managed by own car or rented one
cleaning staff was OK but need more training to attend the minor details , i was 10 min late at the check in time but the staff done their best for my satisfaction

New hotel
The staff is unprofessional, and the entry process took more than two hours, and there was no internet connection in the suite, and the TV did not work, and we did not find the concierge service upon living the hotel
