Quill Residences Kuala Lumpur, Five Senses

Appartement très spacieux et propre, avec tout le nécessaire : un grand frigo, un salon confortable, une télévision, des chambres modernes, une belle vue et un grand balcon. La seule chose qui manquait, selon moi, serait un étendoir à linge pour le balcon. Il y a bien une machine qui fait aussi sèche-linge, mais personnellement je préfère faire sécher mon linge à l’air libre. C’est vraiment le seul petit ajout que je suggérerais. Sinon, tout était parfait. L’emplacement est excellent, avec le centre commercial accessible directement au deuxième étage sans avoir besoin de sortir dehors. Le personnel est très agréable, tout comme les agents de sécurité. Nous avons adoré notre séjour : deux mamans avec quatre enfants, et tout s’est très bien passé.

They contacted us before arrival that there was a problem with the air conditioning in the apartment we booked, but as an apology they offered us a beautiful apartment in the Colony & Luxe building opposite, from which we had an amazing view

The location is convenient, connected to the mall and MRT. The apartment itself is spacious and with a nice bedroom. The bed was comfortable with a separate AC unit. The view from the window was nice.

Although the property looks great in the pictures, in reality it was not very clean. There were sauce stains on bed and furniture. The clothes steamer did not work, and the water dispenser dispensed only hot water. There were bugs in the apartment. The bathroom had an odd smell and the toiletries provided were low quality. The online staff was polite, but the onsite staff was not - they brought me a trashed iron when I asked for it and wasted my time. The property runs a scheme giving a discount for a 10 star review. Lastly, the property failed to produce an invoice for my stay which is unprofessional. I can’t recommend it to business travelers.
