The location is excellent and very convenient, especially for business travellers and those working in the city centre. The property is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout the stay. The facilities are good, and the overall environment feels safe and pleasant. The staff were helpful, and check-in/check-out was smooth.

Location, spacious, facilities
Not sure if due to peak season, checkin process took more than 30mins, then waited another 10mins for lift to Lvl20. When reached at the unit, hv issue to open the door, door pin incorrect. I hv to go bck lobby to ask for help. Very bad experience during checkin but once enter the unit, it's a relieved.

very good place and location to place and tour KL
The bathroom was dirty with a very bad smell of urine and feces that disturbed my vacation. I couldn't use the toilet in peace because I had to hold my breath because the bathroom smelled so bad. It also affected me when I opened the bathroom door because the smell entered the room. This is not the first time because I have previously stayed here with the same company but in a different unit. Apparently their cleanliness management is still the same. I hope the company can fix this problem because I will definitely come here again.
