在CBD的精華地段，地點方便，超市、Tram、公車、逛街都方便！半夜肚子餓都有東西吃
電視有netflix, youtube，空間應有盡有，還有不少可插座可使用
有電梯！如果行李很多或很重也不用太擔心
服務人員回覆慢，一開始訂住宿的時候有遇到一些問題，但對方回覆很慢（最後請booking客服去協助，7天後才好不容易得到回覆。7天的等待期間只有一直收到住宿方的罐頭歡迎訊息）。但入住後，住宿方大概是1-2天內會回覆問題。
暖氣比較小台，我們4月的時候去，時常會覺得不夠暖。
checkout時要把鑰匙帶回寄放鑰匙的店家，拖著一大堆行李還要趕車，這個checkout方式有一點不方便
預定後才知道需要線上額外預付押金，不知道是不是澳洲都有這個習慣？但覺得可以一開始就說明清楚
建議大家預定房源前要再三確定總金額（有些會額外加清潔費等其他費用）

Audrey and Willem provided clear instructions before check-in and even brought me a new duvet because Melbourne was 1 degree Celsius on the day I checked in.
The apartment was clean, had all the facilities I needed for my trip and the bed was super comfortable. The location was good too, just a few minutes walk to the Melbourne Central Station where you can easily catch the public transport. I had a truly pleasant stay.
