客服和房东的服务很周到，还有free taxi服务，出行也很方便，距离Glenferrie Rd很近很方便，太棒了。厨房和洗衣机使用都很方便。
一开始以为床单不干净，客服和房东安排了更换服务，但是发现是床垫的污渍透过了床单，这一点非常遗憾。另外，厨房方面，燃气灶有一半无法点火使用，有咖啡机但没有配置胶囊咖啡，跟宣传的图片略有出入，总体还是比较满意的。
