Lekido

Lekido cabin was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed.Brilliant hosts Ian and Nikki,amazing views and lovely farm animals.Definitely recommend for out of city,relaxing break!

The cabin is a bit small,but it adds up to cabin experience.

The cabin is set within the fields/orchid to the rear of Ian and Nikki's home which include rescued chickens, ducks, lambs, goats and donkeys - a sanctuary for rescued animals. As animal people, this was very much a paradise. If you're not animal people, be prepared for early alarm calls from chickens, lambs and ducks as well as Ian and the family walking near to the cabin into the fields - it's a working farm after all so don't be surprised. The cabin was well set up including a log burner which was the primary heater and it was brilliant. All amenities are covered including fridge/freezer, oven, microwave etc but Ian and Nikki are available to help whenever you need anything. It's a perfect location for a couple or a family with small children. Ian and Nikki are perfect hosts. Ian was in touch when we booked and gave directions prior to arrival. They also give you a tour of the cabin and info on where you can/can't go in the fields but you're effectively able to enjoy the farm as much as you'd like. The whole experience was wonderful and we can't wait to come back again.

Nothing - it was excellent. The only thing (and I mean only thing) missing was a bedside table on the right side of the bed. Not even a big deal. Everything was perfect.

Enjoyed the property being on lots of land, lovely views, lots of lovely animals to feed and pet (donkeys, goats and sheep!). Lovely fire and comfy beds.
