Quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am. Please note if using the hot tub outside of these hours to be respectful to our neighbours in relation to noise.
Please note loud music is not permitted due to neighbouring properties.

Dogs are to be kept off all furniture and downstairs at all times. Please note additional pet fees of £35 per pet per week (or part of) apply.

We loved staying here. The place was so clean and comfortable and had everything you could want. Hot tub was perfect and we were so lucky with the weather so spent a lot of time outside. Thank you for having us

We had a truly amazing time at this wonderful cottage. It was super clean and very well equipped. The beds were super comfortable and the hot tub was a real treat. Great location, would definitely recommend.

The living space is really nice for a family. The kitchen is well equipped to make any kind of meal. The extra fridge in the utility room was a bonus. It has a real country feeling and the added hot tub which is maintained so well was great to unwind. They kindly left us bread, milk, butter , bread, juice and a bottle of wine. All bedrooms were lovely with lovely bedding and fluffy towels.

We had a great stay 4 adults + 4 children and the house is just perfect for it ! Quirky, spacious, lots of outdoor pace. Loved it ! The kitchen had all you could possibly need for a week. Not to mention the washing machine and tumble dryer which made everything so much easier. If I had to give a nuance I would say the bedrooms with windows on the roadside aren’t so quiet but that’s because we slept with our windows open. Truly a 10/10 stay, it was so smooth and Jamie - the owner - made everything happen, he’s just lovely. Thank you so so much !
