Location and value for money.
There was no milk in the fridge for tea or coffee. I had a long trip from the Snowy Mountains and was looking forward to a hot cup of tea, but had to go without one.

Clean, modern unit in great position. Easy to get anywhere, near good restaurants and Canberra city. Despite being on main road unit was quiet inside. . Unit was also warm despite being cold outside. Enjoyable stay.
Key lock to pick up keys. We arrived at 5pm and very difficult to read numbers on lock as they were small and no lighting on letterbox area. Was better in daylight when we left. Only one key and intercom to unit did not work, so hard to go separate ways.

Lovely comfortable apartment with everything that we needed. Secure underground parking, Plenty of restaurants nearby. Very clear instructions to access the apartment. Could not download the photos but didn't really need them.

Quite nice apartment. Beds comfy - 2nd room more like a closet.
Jackhammering at 7am in morning. Window in the bedroom offered no protection. Wouldn’t want to live here permanently.
