Chic Inner-City 2-Bed Abode with Pool Gym & Sauna

Very easy. The property provided clear instructions and access codes before our arrival, so collecting the keys and getting into the property was quick and straightforward.

The only minor thing was receiving a few check-in calls during our stay. We were usually out visiting museums and sightseeing, so we weren’t able to answer. We would have preferred communication by message instead.

Location. Pool was great

The numbers on the lock of postbox were hard to read. Tap in ensuite was loose

Central location, nice indoor pool

Mould evident especially in bathrooms Very strong unpleasant smell Dirty carpet Property needs maintenance One of the keys to the undercover park didn’t work (very dangerous having to back out of the ramp go back upstairs to get the other key provided). We were advised to go get the battery replaced ourselves and they would reimburse Minimal warm blankets for winter (staff did drop an extra blanket when we raised concerns which we were grateful for)
