About this apartment rental

Located slap bang in the heart of Canberra on Braddon`s Northbourne Avenue, this very spacious 2-bedroom 2-bathroom 1-parking apartment puts you at the very doorstep of Canberra`s city lifestyle - easy access to all Canberra has to offer.

The apartment itself has a King Room (w/ensuite) & a Queen Room. Both have doors out to the patio where you can take in the pool view and some of Braddon.

This modern new apartment is ready and waiting for you!

It`s rare to come across a two bedroom apartment in Braddon of this size. The kitchen, living and dining areas are open plan, with plenty of natural light flowing in through the balcony glass doors.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and Nespresso. The dining setting can easily accommodate 4 guests. Heating and A/C through the main living spaces is provided through a split system wall unit.

The large King Bedroom has its own ensuite, and the Queen Room has direct access onto the balcony.
Both bedrooms have full length mirrors.

There is an internal laundry with washing machine and clothes horse.

The amenities are not to be missed - a large onsite gym for residents and guests, and an outdoor lap pool for the hot summer months.

WiFi is included at this apartment and a large TV.

There is parking for one car in the underground onsite parking garage (height clearance is 2.1m).

Guests have exclusive use of the whole apartment, the dedicated parking spot, and use of the residents` outdoor pool & gym.

Checking In & Checking Out process:
Key pick-up is offsite, about a 2 minute drive away (or 8 minute walk) down the street from the apartment. At checkout, the key will need to be returned to the same spot. Instructions will be provided prior to check-in.

- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn`t a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released after checkout.

The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything from the kitchen essentials to the living space was thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a home away from home. One thing to note: securing the key was a bit of an adventure, so allow a little extra time for check-in. However, once inside, the property exceeded expectations. The location is fantastic, with easy access to Braddon’s vibrant dining and shopping options. Overall, we highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a convenient and well-appointed stay in Canberra.
