Helpful and kind host, everything was clean and tidy - beds were comfortable and the scenery was also amazing. The pool was a great size and the location of the property is a short walk from everything you need.

Well presented , beautiful exterior and interior with traditional features and walls alongside more modern detail.. space for a small family and wonderful views from the property . Swimming pool on site and the host was fabulous, very accessible and accommodating ! Location to main village and beaches excellent

Really enjoyed our stay here. We've been coming to Pefkos for many years but first time at Theonia Villas and we will definitely be booking again. The hosts we're very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms are cleaned regularly with towels changed every couple of days. The owner is always accommodating and will answer any questions you have. We had a lovely welcome pack with snacks, water and wine. The location is great, it's a 5 minute walk into Pefkos and a 5 minute walk to Plakia Beach or St Thomas's beach. The pool area is lovely but could do with a bit of TLC in some areas. The apartment itself is large with plenty of room for a family of four and excellent self catering amenities. Great balcony looking out to sea. We will definitely book again when we come back.
