About this villa rental
This two-storey accommodation is spacious and convenient with a warm atmosphere. It consists of two very cosy bedrooms which include two queen-size beds, a leather sofa, a double sofa-bed, a large comfortable livingroom, a modern kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances, an outdoors BBQ area, BBQ, and private parking. Last but not least, the breathtaking view of the coastline from the balcony.
The Amor Villa is just two minutes on foot from the very popular Lee Beach in the centre of Pefkos. All rooms are fully air-conditioned. Modern kitchens, lots of cupboard space and all the necessary kitchen tableware needed to enjoy relaxing meals gazing at the spectacular sunset. Also included is a microwave, toaster,fridge/freezer, electric kettle, filter coffee/espresso maker, mixer and more all for your convenience.
There are two comfortable bedrooms on the first floor, both fully furnished with two double beds, built-in wardrobes, three plasma TV screens,free internet/Wifi throughout the villa. Also a steam iron, hairdryer, two electric safe deposit boxes in each bedroom.
We provide sleeping arrangements for children under two years of age, on request prior to arrival.
The livingroom is bright and spacious with large windows overlooking the south-eastern coast of the island. There is also a fireplace for those cool nights. The bathrooms have a 24 hour supply of hot water. For your convenience there are also slippers and towels available for all guests.
On arrival, guests will receive a welcome package which includes fruit and wine. The guests can use all the outdoor garden conveniences provided.
The BBQ, garden furniture, private parking while relaxing and admiring the panoramic view of the sea and the mountain which is located next to the villa. Furthermore, the spacious garden is offered for social events such as wedding receptions etc. Just next door, only 10 metres away, take advantage of the facilities provided by the family-owned hotel. There is a swimming pool and snack bar where on can enjoy a meal and cocktail poolside.
The surrounding area has a wide range of activities such as swimming fishing, scuba diving, water sports, cycling, jogging, hiking. In addition many shops, tavernas which serve traditional Greek cuisine, Mediterranean, Italian, Asian cuisine as well as cafes and bars all available for your personal enjoyment.
It is an ideal place for an adventure into the northern and southern part of the Island of Rhodes. In close proximity to many historical and well-known tourist attractions, beaches and museums just to name a few. The "Emerald" of the island, Lindos is just 3 km from the villa and the International
Airport is a 52 km drive.

The villa was everything as described and in fact offered more than described.
Tsampikos greeted us when we arrived and showed us around pointing out what we needed to know.
There was a fully stocked fridge & cupboards full of food that had been left for our consumption & use.

The house is beautiful and very clean. Location is ideal (walking distance to all you need). House is fully stocked with all you need for the holiday. We would go there again.

The welcome we received from Tsampikos and his family was simply outstanding. The attention to detail at the house was beyond anything I have experienced before. Quite simply everything you could need had been consider and was there.
Little details such as charging points, a multi-socket with numerous plug points plus iPhone charging points, plug conversions made a difference. Kitchen roll, cling film, foil, even home made olive oil was all to hand.
The linen and towels were abundant and really good quality. The decor of the whole house was to an extremely high standard.
We arrived to a fridge thoughfully stocked to ensure we were comfortable for a number of days - not just the usual loaf of bread and bottle of water.
Having arrived late in the evening we spent the first hour marvelling at having booked such a wonderful place and at the way we had been made to feel so welcome. We felt we were treated more like family or close friends than unknown travellers.
This continued when Tsampikos came to following day to welcome us personally. And later as he came to say goodbye. Nothing was too much trouble. It was lovely to meet his parents and receive a gift from their garden as well as a thoughful gift from Tsampikos and Jenny to remind us of our holiday.
Finally the location was great. A short walk to the beach. A lovely quiet hotel with a pool next door. No loud music.
Pefkos is my favourite holiday location. It is a number of years since I visited and it has changed only a little.
My only problem is if I tell too many people how amazing the host and this property are then I might have trouble booking in the future.

Easy to find. Arrived to find a fully stocked fridge (fruit bowl, croissants, loaf of bread, milk, fruit juices, cheese, yoghurts, vegetables, cookies, sweets and some red & white wine) and a lovely homemade cherry cheesecake that was gorgeous.
Great location, 100 yards to beach, and 3 beach bars.
250 yards to main street and many superb restaurants.
You must try Philosophia - my favourite - lovely atmosphere and staff.
Philip (& wife Sophia) seem laid back but run an excellent restaurant
Tsampikos, the owner, was very attentive when called and could not have been nicer. Thoroughly recommend and will be back here next time in Rhodes.
