Arte Pefki Beachfront Suites

We loved the pool and the location looking over and with easy access to the beautiful beach. It was very easy to get to the restaurant just outside the property - the food there was excellent and the views were great. All staff were super friendly to us thoughout our stay

We stayed here for 5 nights as a family of four with our two children, and it was an absolute dream from start to finish. The location is incredible, right on the most beautiful little beach, with a gorgeous restaurant just steps from your door. The grounds are immaculate and beautifully maintained, and the sparkling clean pool offers the most breathtaking sunset views each evening. Our penthouse apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The air-conditioned rooms were perfect, and every window framed a beautiful view. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the warm, welcoming nature of every member of staff. In particular, the service from the owner, Mr Andreas, was outstanding. He is a genuinely kind and welcoming host who clearly takes enormous pride in his establishment and is creating something truly special. We feel so lucky to have stayed here and sincerely hope we have the opportunity to return one day. It was a dream holiday, and we couldn't recommend it more highly.

Exceptional views, big rooms, very comfortable, quiet

Location overlooking the bay was great. Very clean apartments with everything, utensils, equipment etc required for a comfortable stay. Parking on the property is good and it was a short walk to restaurants and a longer stroll to the main strip. Ramos was very helpful with directions from airport and kept in contact throughout our stay.

Very disappointed with some aspects of our stay. We were two couples and decided to rent both apartments because each apartment only has one toilet and this is in the bathroom therefore privacy is at a premium ! Unfortunately the toilet in suite 2 would not flush from the first day and despite numerous attempts to fix Ramos was unable to help.and seemed unwilling to engage a plumber to sort out the issue and we therefore had to make do with using a jug to flush the toilet throughout our trip. The outside areas were unkempt and dirty in places. Sun beds were old & torn, badly marked. & dangerous with wheels missing. No sunshades around the pool. The infinity pool pump was broken and not fixed until the last day we were there and therefore the glass by the pool needed cleaning but apart from the pool being cleaned one time nothing was done. Light fittings coming away from ceilings. We really should have been told about the noisy building work being done next door with the sound of large vehicles reversing & digging. It meant we couldn’t stay at the property during working hours . The owner said “beyond their control”. but we should have been informed of the issue before arrival. The beach has been badly affected by the ongoing building work and you have to pick your way through the debris to get into the water. Overall very disappointed with the owner’s response to the issues we faced during our stay.
