Hygiëne De glazen waren stoffig en plakkerig Overal hing er een lichte stoffigheid Het meubilair oogde verouderd De handdoeken waren erg oud en versleten De poetshulp mag alles zeker wat grondiger en van dichterbij nakijken

Agréable séjour

Nous venons 3 fois par an car nous adorons cet appartement.....il est très bien situé, une literie super comfortable et il y a tout ce qu'il faut ds l'appartement...

Le nettoyage 😔 déçue, je comprend qu'il est sûrement louer non stop , Mais ds les armoires ,four,frigo,...qd mm c'est important...la literies ,les sols étaient impeccable.

Très beau séjour

L'emplacement, la luminosité, la propreté! On y était vraiment bien ! La proximité avec différents commerces (boulangerie, pharmacie, glacier, ...) Je recommande d'ailleurs le petit glacier artisanale caché juste à côté (gauche) de l'Australian où les glaces y sont tellement bonnes, l'accueil super (et le petit plus: toujours une mini boule pour goûter un autre goût) !

Manque peut-être un petit carnet avec quelques explications à lire quand on arrive et aussi des petits conseils ou bonnes adresses. La rue était assez bruyante la nuit et tôt le matin, nous n'avions jamais remarqué cela du côté de la digue.

Très bon séjour au final si on ne s'attarde pas à certains details

L'emplacement est ultra central. Pas de fioritures, l'essentiel s'y trouve. Propreté, luminosité, accessibilité sont au rdv. Tous les commerces sont à proximité directe et la plage (que l'on voit de côté) à deux pas.

Le bémol sont les parties communes. L'immeuble semble "ne pas être entretenu dans ses parties communes" (odeurs perfectibles, murs, ... ) et l'ascenseur qui tombe 2x en panne sur un séjours de 4 jours. L'état et le confort des lits du hall.

Point positifs , position centrale parfaite pour les familles , appartement propre et bien équipé

Le bruit entre appartement , bruit du aux travaux malheureusement , 1 lit double ok mais le canapé lit manque de confort et les lits 1 place (du couloir ) seul celui du bas est utilisable.

Alles gut, wenn man weiß wo man parken muss

Das Apartment war sauber , schön und freundlich hell. Genau wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist sehr gut. 3 Minuten Spaziergang zum Strand. Bäckerei direkt gegenüber und Supermarkt auch in der Nähe.Unkomplizierter und somit angenehmer Check-In/Out durch Code-Eingabe am Schlüsselkasten. Leider kein Fenster oder funktionierender Abzug im Bad und wenig Platz im Kleiderschrank. Aber das sind nur kleine Kritikpunkte, ansonsten war wirklich alles super! Parken ist leider inzwischen in De Panne komplizierter als noch vor ein paar Jahren . Auf keinen Fall kann man in der Nähe des Apartments parken, auch nicht in den näheren Nebenstraßen. Man muss in der sog. „Grünen Zone“ parken (Name der Straße: Prins Albertlaan), das kostet 5€/Tag und ist etwa 500meter entfernt vom Apartment. Ich schreibe dies in die Bewertung, weil ich froh gewesen wäre, wenn ich darüber im Vorfeld eine Info erhalten hätte und mir ein teures 30€/Tag Straf-Ticket gespart hätte! Alles in allem Klare Empfehlung für das Apartment.
