Lovely cottage with a view over the fields and a nice garden to sit in in the summer. Kitchen has coffee machines, toaster and kettle for us uk visitors. Not far to visit french beaches or pop down the road to De Panne for a great beach. Good base to visit Ypres and the war graves.

Host very informative, no problems on finding location and gaining access. Accommodation well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils, dishwasher, large refrigerator, full oven and hob microwave. Beds okay but if you like more than one pillow take your own. Complex appears to be well laid out, allocated parking space per property. t

You feel like home because there is everything you need. Bus connection to France and to coast tramway is very usefull. The weather was cold that s why it is good to know to how to use the wood oven in the living room.

A very nice place, good location, nice surrounding - beach 3 km, nature park 0,5 km. Not very comfortable in the cold weather (when below zero during night), the heating system only on the ground floor (main room/kitchen) + fire place, no heaters in the bedrooms. In spring/autumn and summer time should be perfect.

This was the second time we stayed in this nice holidayhome with our dogs. And like the first time we enjoyed our stay very much. The house is comfertable and well equided. It is nicely situated close to De Panne were you find the whole year rond a beach where dogs are allowed.

Very comfortable and well equipped house. We (and our dogs) appreciated the enclosed garden. The holiday was intended to explore Leper and the surrounding area, so the situation was perfect. Thank you to Jacqueline and Axell.

Absolutely great place to stay for week of visiting all the important WW1 sites around the area. House was just perfect for our needs. Very clean and with all the amenities you could require. Great quiet location in a secluded corner of the park but within a couple of minutes walk to the play area and swimming pool (note it is unheated so a little cool to get in to begin with). Jacqueline was very helpful throughout the whole booking / payment process. Plenty of good restaurants and shops within a 5-10min drive and make sure you hire one of the family bike's on the seafront at De Panne - you cant miss them and a lot of fun. All in a great holiday.

Very welcoming arrival. House very modern, with 3 teenage sons, wifi was very handy. Ideal location of cottage, a lot more secluded than other cottages in the complex. Ideally located for local transport links to other attractions such as the beach and Plopsaland. Landlord and caretaker of the house very approachable, friendly and helpful, will definitely be back x

We spent a very enjoyable 2 weeks at Maison des champs. It was well equipped and spacious with 2 big sofas, wifi and satellite TV. The sauna looked excellent however we did not get the chance to try it out. The property is in a good location for visiting Bray Dunes in France and De Panne on the coast, both only a short drive away. Ghent and Knokke also an hour away and well worth a visit with Sluis in Holland just a short drive from Knokke. The property looks out over farmland at the rear so the garden is totally private. We managed a couple of sunny days when we ate lunch outside. Peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely return.
