O apartamento é muito espaçoso, 2 quartos grandes e 2 banheiros. O prédio tem elevador. Cozinha bem equipada (só faltou uma máquina de café e microondas para ficar completa). Há 3 aparelhos de ar condicionado que funcionam muito bem, mesmo no verão de 40 graus. Há máquina de lavar roupa era um mini varal na varanda. Localização silenciosa, porém, a 3 minutos da estação Termini, onde tem tudo: supermercado, farmácia, metrô, ponto de ônibus e lojas. Há muitas opções de restaurantes perto com bom custo beneficio. O processo do checkin é remoto, mas não tivemos problema para acessar o apartamento. O atendimento da Milena foi ótimo, muito pró-ativa e eficiente. Achei o melhor custo beneficio, entrega o que promete. Super recomendo.

Apenas uma observação: não tinha máquina de café e microondas.

Well done apartment with good amenities, clean & spacious, approachable & friendly host, comfortable air-conditioning & beds. Quiet despite being close to Roma Termini. Milennia, the host, was always available to answer any questions we had. Good books to read at the apartment. Self check in with detailed instructions.

No coffee machine, no microwave. The building is very old & the entrance is not very pleasant. There is a noise probably from water pump whenever you start any tap. One of the shower does not have a door, so not very comfortable to use.

Great host, amazing property(fully equipped with everything you need) and the best location. Very good value for the money!

Might need to add more lighting to the apartment, but nothing that important.
