Absolutely everything provided by Sue & Carl. The room was stunning, very very comfortable bed. Sue & Carl had clearly carefully considered the needs of their customers, and everything was provided... from fresh milk, tea & coffee down to a pair of binoculars to watch the steam engine go by! Sue & Carl (and dogs Anna & Indi!) we're super friendly. Breakfast, delivered to our room, was a great start to each day. Ample safe parking & a fantastic location for Llangollen. We will definitely be back!

We loved everything. Stunning house, everything was immaculately clean, lovely little touches in the room on arrival. Carl and Sue are perfect hosts, friendly and welcoming. Delicious continental breakfast brought to our room. Already planning our next stay.
Nothing not to like. Llangollen is about a 15-20 minute walk.

Lovely old period property that has been converted inside to a fantastic standard, a modern hotel feel room very comfortable bed and great shower the two essentials for me when staying somewhere..so well done for getting this right!
I could not fault the property and service! Well done thank you! Hope to stay again!
