The location was excellent for travelling. Tea and coffee were a welcome home touch.

It was very noisy. There were several lights not working and broken table and the apartment needed a cleaning properly. Windows, paint work, floors and the kitchen were dirty.

The location was excellent with a tesco, lovely bakery, pub and other amenities on the street. The apartment itself was very spacious, had everything we needed and was very well presented.

The location was very convenient. It was really easy to get to the underground station and there were stores and food all around.

The hot water wasn’t working when we first arrived and required someone to come fix it so we didn’t have hot water the first day. The freezer was totally frozen over and unusable, the shower head was broken and didn’t stay in a raised position, most of the lights didn’t work or had light bulbs missing, one of the living room windows wouldn’t stay open so we had to prop it up with a vacuum cleaner part, one of the window shades was broken and we had to use hangers to keep it open, and the ironing board was broken and didn’t have a cover. The “toiletries” provided were some random bottles from the store that were partially empty and broken. The fans that were there were not enough to keep the rooms cool and the noise from the street kept us up every night since we had all of the windows open. In general everything was just sort of worn down, for instance the cabinets didn’t close and didn’t function great, especially the mattresses which were old and disgusting. One of the night tables was broken. Also - 1 set of keys for a 2 bedroom apartment is not acceptable - we were constantly having to deal between 4 people with letting each other in. I asked in advance if any of the issues from previous complaints were fixed and I was told they were - but really it was exactly as all the other reviews stated. Overpriced for what you get.
