Lovely flat in Chelsea

I loved the location, cleanliness and option for late check out and a very reasonable fee.

Posizione ottimale, appartamento accogliente e spazioso per 4 persone. Personale disponibile per ogni problema. Vicino a due fermate della metro, quartieri sicuri e di benestanti. Presenza anche di un supermarket a 10 minuti a piedi e vicinanza ad ottimi ristoranti italiani.

Cucina accettabile, necessita di una pulizia profonda o sostituzione al piano di lavoro che è rovinato.

Appartement plutôt vaste, très confortable et bien équipé situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme, fort bien relié au centre et aux principaux points d'intérêt par métro. Les instructions données pour l'accès étaient claires.

L'appartement est situé à l'entresol ("basement") et n'a donc pas de vue sur la rue.

The location

Stained carpets in the master and second bedrooms, warped kitchen flooring, balcony/terrace deck wood was rotten and not possible to access, water pressure in the bathtub was extremely weak (gave up filling it), various different types of aromatic room diffusers throughout the flat was overwhelming (ended up putting them all in the storage closet to avoid the unpleasant mixed smells). Small things, but still....no tea towels or paper towels provided in the kitchen, only two rolls of toilet paper. Lastly, the management company requires you to vacate the unit by 10am. That's really early.
