Fantastic property on the promenade with beautiful sea view. We really enjoyed the stay and will like to come back. The apartment is well stocked, well maintained and very clean. The location cannot be better.

1- good location with great view of the water. Bus stop on front side of block, tram stop on back side of block. Approx 1.5 mile walk to old city.
2- washer/dryer combo
1- is showing signs of wear on ceilings and furniture.
2- could use more towels
3- very small kitchen, had several ways to make tea but otherwise not well equipped, wouldn’t plan to make any large meals there.
4- not the fault of the owner but renters should know the nearest parking garage is approx 1/2 mile away.
