It’s a good stay, just mind your electrical tripping and shower panel that’s needed squeezing through.

The open concept in the living room. The great view in the morning

One of the shower panel door needs some revamp. It takes one to squeeze through it to reach shower. Plus the electrical trips when 2 heating element are turned on, just go easy on electrical usage.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! It was spacious, bright, and very clean, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony offered a beautiful view of the sea and the promenade — perfect for relaxing. Free parking is available in the basement, which is a great bonus, but please note that if you’re driving a van or a larger vehicle, the entrance might be too narrow to access. The location is also excellent — close to a supermarket and surrounded by many great restaurants. I definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

Modern, convenient stay for families in Nice

Helpful host, nice clean apartment with modern facilities. Great location near the tram to get around Nice. Beautiful view of the ocean.

It is a bit noisy being close to the promenade, but there are bedrooms further back in the apartment that are quieter. It is a little far to walk (for families with kids) from the main Ville de Nice with all the restaurants

Lovely location, nice bedrooms and bathrooms

Great location and good beds and bathrooms. Good quality European appliances

We like to cook and there were no oven gloves, knives were blunt and there weren’t enough glasses or kitchen utensils

The view

The carpet wasn't clean and we couldn't find an hoover to use to clean it. The elevator stopped working on a saturday, we had to move out our heavy luggage on sunday from the stairs

Location, size and quality of apartment. Friendly staff.

Expected cleaner apartment. Some surfaces felt dusty. Shower area was mouldy and had cracked silicone sealant, broken shower door seal and no floor matts. Was told to use hand towels On floor instead. Needs a bit more attention to detail given the price.

Great apartment that we would definitely return to!

Perfect location. View from the deck was so great. There is lots of space in the apartment. It is in a great location and it is a nice new apartment.

The beds were quite hard, and I like a firm mattress but these were too hard. We had to wait outside in 32degrees heat for over 15 minutes to get there keys which was not fun.
