“Pandora” is one of the Villa Tigani's choices, a stone's throw from the beautiful Ionian Sea, Calabria. The apartment is fully furnished and located on the ground floor; it consists of a double bedroom with an additional single bed, double room, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, patio with additional table and chairs for lovely moments enjoying the sunrise and the magnificent sight of the sea and the mountains. The apartment is decorated in a vintage mediterranean style with new furniture, fixtures and fittings. It is equipped with air conditioning, video intercom, led TV, washing machine, kitchen with gas hobs, oven, fridge-freezer, italian coffee machine, mosquito nets, wi-fi 24/7, hairdryer, heating. Villa Tigani is a new and private facility with independent apartments surrounded by nature and with direct access to the beach; ideal for families and children at any time of year to get recharged, find peace and breathe air rich in iodine in complete leisure. It has a large green area with a varied vegetation rich in olive trees, cherry trees, plums, lemons, grapefruit trees, pine trees, orange trees, cycads, blueberries, flowers and lawn. Equipped with outdoor showers and lockers that can be used, in particular, returning from the beach. Offering barbecue corners, tables and chairs, relaxing areas with hammocks for those who love the reflection and meditation through silence and the sounds of nature. Guests can enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea and will be fascinated of the sunrises and sunsets in this unique environment. Guests can reach the sea by the gate of the property. The crystal water and the spectacle of colorful fishes and underwater life are guaranteed. The beach of sand offers a unique sensation of heat and the contact of salt regenerates skin and has benefits on the joints. A private covered car park is available to guests. The villa is located directly on the seafront of Davoli Marina. The apartments are a Mediterranean oasis of relaxation, are part of a marine area of the Gulf of Squillace, a very popular place of the Riviera Nausicaa; this location offers to guests the advantage of being able to visit all of Calabria’s major tourist sites. Guests can also choose from many organised things to do: boat trips, scuba diving, snorkeling tours, fishing adventures, museum visits, excursions to the historic villages and castles with old traditions, important ancient places, handicraft products, typical food and beverage etc... Guests will have at their disposal a detailed program of excursions.

L'appartamento si trova a Marina di Davoli, quasi al confine con San Sostene. Il navigatore fa fatica a trovare la strada di accesso alla proprietà, ma è un dettaglio. Per il resto tutto corrisponde a quanto descritto nell'annuncio. Bellissimo contesto, con un ampio giardino e i posto auto con copertura. L'accesso alla spiaggia si fa tramite un cancellino pedonale con chiave, nella massima sicurezza. Davanti al cancello c'è spiaggia libera e subito accanto un lido privato. L'appartamento è spazioso e in quattro siamo riusciti a mangiare sul balcone, senza grandi difficoltà, ammirando la vista mare e le luci della sera. Nelle giornate ventose è molto arieggiato e la ventilazione attenua il caldo e l'afa. Per i più esigenti c'è comunque l'aria condizionata nelle camere, quindi no problem. Saverio è un host attento e premuroso, sempre disponibile a fornire consigli e indicazioni per un soggiorno perfetto. Spesso presente in villa, ma mai invadente, è una garanzia di qualità. Straconsigliato!

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) waren 2 Wochen in der Wohnung. Sie hat alles was man braucht und war sauber und nach unseren Wünschen vorbereitet. Auch die Ankunft gegen Mitternacht war kein Problem. Die Lage ist super, da Strand direkt daneben, Restaurants in der Nähe. Wunderschöne Gartenanlage mit Naschmöglichkeit, Grill und extra großen Hängematten. Die Villa liegt in einer Ruhezone. So konnte man nachts ohne Probleme schlafen. Der Vermieter Saverio ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Fragen wurden Tag und Nacht beantwortet und Wünsche von den Augen abgelesen und erfüllt. Angeln, schnorcheln, einkaufen, egal was, wurde sofort organisiert. Das Meer ist sehr klar und hatte angenehme Temperaturen. Wir werden jederzeit hier wieder Urlaub machen. So einen zuvorkommenden Vermieter hatten wir noch nie. Danke Saverio für einen perfekten Urlaub.

Es war ein unvergessener , leider viel zu kurzer Aufenthalt.
Die Unterkunft sowie Ausstattung und Lage super und nur zu empfehlen .
