About this house rental
Do you want to experience to authentic Italy? With great local wine, olives and tasty regionale cuisins? Then this is a unique opportunity.
Stay in our familyhouse in unspoiled Calabria. Here you will meet the local people, speaking the beautiful italian, while gestikulating their passion with their hands.
You will find wonderful beaches, all by your self most of the year.
Here are many interesting markets, where you can buy local fruit and vegatables, meet, olives, cheese, sausages, olive oil etc.
The culture of Region Calabria is magnificent and beautiful castles along the coastline shows the great history.
Our familyhouse is located in a resort, where you have free access to tenniscourt and swimmingpool for your entire holiday.
The pool opens around June and close in October. There is wifi in the house.
The house is newly build in italian architekture. Inside the interior is in nordic design with light and bright colours and furnitures.
The house has own gate, garage, garden with sunbeds, balconies, fully equipped kitchen and house with all bed linen and towels. Laundry is not included in the price and has to be done before departure. It is okay, if some is left for drying.
There is a living room with television, dinning table outside and inside.
Two bathrooms and three rooms with two beds in each.

Property is ideally located between number of mountain villages, towns and the beach , whilst also having the option to stay and relax by the sites outdoor pool.
Lots of space for a family with all the facilities you need.

We spent a wonderful winter week in steffen’s house and enjoyed the amazing view of the blue sky and the ocean every morning at breakfast. Steffen was unbelievably accommodating the whole time and we can absolutely recommend a vacation in his house.

First we got the wrong address, and then we didn't have the code for the keys... First thing we saw an incredible dirty toilet, full waste basket, beds were not made... I called and then the so called cleaning lady came over, made the bed without under sheets, cleaned the toilet in 1 minute. Hair on the floor... Not a good beginning. We had to clean the bathroom before using it. Shower upstairs didn't work, no pressure, and the beds upstairs were terrible. Finally we slept in the small room downstairs. Location quite outside , you need a car for everything. And the fact that all cupboards are filled with private stuff didn't make us feel at home.
