Beautiful location by The Meadow and close to a lift if skiing. Close to jump on river walk if walking into town. Mountains surround. Close to grocery store.

Hot/Cold hard to regulate in showers. Sometimes shower in second bath would be freezing cold and you couldn’t get it hot! Kinda dark in condo. Agree furniture in living room uncomfortable.

Location was perfect! Hot tub was great! Kitchen was stocked wonderfully! Avantstay was a great host!

Living room furniture could use an upgrade, single beds in one bedroom could be longer for adults, working shower in bathroom off hallway was difficult.

The location to the lifts was excellent. We loved being in Telluride (vs. Mountain Village) and this location was perfect. The Town Loop, a.k.a. The Gallooping Goose, was just steps away and made it easy to get to shops, restraurants, and the gondola. The condo itself was very clean with nice ammenties.

The living room furniture was not very structured and uncomfortable.

Location was great just a few steps from one of the ski lifts and right on the town loop route ad well. Size and space was perfect for our week’s stay with a mix of work and play. Loved the spa-like shower and appreciated the available suite and property amenities. Comfy bed and pillows. Nice mountain decor and plenty of amenities to make it feel like home.

The heating/cooling was tough to get right, room got very warm in the evenings (thermostat at 50 made for the best sleeping). Bed and pillows were comfy, but Sheets and towels could be upgraded (clear they’ve been washed/bleached a lot! Time for the investment) The pots and pans were terrible, so much else in the kitchen was provided and useful but don’t think the cookware was made for the electric stove top. While parking convenient, it was a shame that signage and communication about snow removal was not optimal and thank god we were close by to move our car before towing. Can’t blame prop mgr as they claim the city wasn’t forthcoming with the schedule, but still a shame and feel bad for those that did get towed.
