Well equipped condo with everything 2 people need for an extended stay including a well equipped small kitchen and washer/dryer. Plenty of consumables (soap:detergent, paper towels toilet paper etc…). Bathroom has a large shower which is also a steam shower. Clean and in good condition. Simple rules to follow. Easy parking. Short walk to free Gondola and to a market and the rest of town. Was there in the fall and it was beautiful. Close to a ski lift for those coming in the winter.
The only bathroom fan is a heater. Not sure if it ventilates space at all.

It is a great location right on the way to the town from Montrose airport. It was clean and comfortable. You can find all you need in the kitchen, and also there’s a steam spa inside the shower. The place was spacious and quiet. I found all the instructions very clear for me.
The pool and hot tub were unavailable because of low season. I wasn’t notified about it in advance by the management and felt disappointed. My friends who rented the other apartment had an access to their hot tub. It was sad that mine was closed.

Hot tub and pool closed. Steam shower didn’t work. Gondola also closed.
