About this apartment rental
This two bedroom two bath condo is a sure winner for your Telluride vacation! There are a multitude of upgrades that make this convenient condo a great choice for the savvy traveler. Granite counters in the kitchen, plush furnishings, and southwestern decor all combine to give Etta Place Too #105 an invitingly comfortable ambiance. The beds are a king in the master and a split king (can be king or 2 twins) in the 2nd bedroom. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The master bathroom just had a full remodel and the second bath has been upgraded in the recent past..
Etta Place Too is located at the base of Lift #7 and Lower Milk Run and soaking in the hot tub will surely be entertaining as the last skiers ride off the mountain right in front of you! The slope-side location in downtown Telluride and the common hot tub and swimming pool (summer only) are added bonuses! Business License# 208
The hot tub and/or pool may be closed at any time due to health and safety concerns. Accommodations in Telluride has no control over these closures, as they are determined by the HOA. We cannot guarantee the availability of HOA amenities, as we have no influence over them. During the winter, usage tends to be higher, which may lead to more frequent maintenance and water refills. We will notify you as soon as we are informed of any closures. Please note that we are not financially liable if the hot tub is out of service during your stay.

Pictures & description of condo are absolutely accurate. Kitchen, though small, is well equipped. Being on the first floor provides easy access to close by ski lift. Most restaurants in town, or gondola for Mountain Village, are within a reasonably brief 12 minute walk. If a full day of skiing makes walking less preferable, the town's "Galloping Goose" bus will stop just outside the front of the building.

This location and place was great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was that you can hear other people so clearly in the morning. Every morning we couldn't get any sleep because the upstairs had kids and/or outside had trucks going around. And this was around 6 or 7 AM for the 4 days we stayed here. Other than that it was great

It was good. Not having an outside entrance, patio / veranda, it felt a bit stuffy. Beds are in need of replacement. Sleeping was a chore for my wife and I. In fact, one of my kids chose the floor to sleep, and the other slept on the couch… instead of their beds.
