It was only a 10-15 minute walk to both the trams and the s-bahn. Very convenient for getting around. Tons of space! Our family was not tripping over ourselves. The washer was great and there was a big drying rack to hang your clothes. Our 14 year old said the couch was quite comfy as the 3rd bed. Our kids hate sleeping together so the bed situation was perfect. Other 2 beds were comfy too. There was a grocery store 5 minutes away where we could grab some cheap groceries for breakfast. The host provided all the info we needed ahead of time. It was easy to find. When we communicated earlier, if I asked a question there was a prompt answer the next morning. I feel confident that had I had an issue we would’ve been able to get ahold of him no problem. We had no issues though. Would definitely stay here again if/when we return to Munich.

We would’ve used a water pitcher if there had been one. We prefer really cold water, but just made sure we refilled our bottles over night to get cold in the fridge. The tap water was wonderful to drink!

Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Zudem ist die Lage in München perfekt, sodass man keine weiten Fußwege zurück legen muss (um z.B. zur Bahn zu kommen). Der Besitzer der Unterkunft war zu dem super hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation verlief jederzeit schnell und unkompliziert.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay! The place is spacious, beautifully furnished and very clean. Lars is a very attentive host. He asked what we were missing, but we couldn’t think of anything because the apartment had absolutely everything we needed.
