Convenient for a short stay

Modern room with more than enough comfort if youre staying for 1-2 nights. There are food places below, towels, hairdrier etc was provided and it was easy to get in.

It's quite small so I would not recommend to stay there long. The photos on Booking are very polished, the room does not look like that. It's more realistic and slightly run down with cracks and water damage but that did not affect our stay

Charming Room, Great Location, and Exceptional Service!

The room was cozy and clean, with a lovely small balcony that made the space feel even more charming. I had a very relaxing stay, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. A special shout-out to Emilios, who went above and beyond to help me. He not only suggested a fantastic little restaurant, but also went out of his way to help me with a last-minute request. Excellent service all around!

Location is just perfect

It’s very noise, you have to use earplugs to get decent night sleep. Doors can’t be closed normally, they need to be shut. And the elevator door is making banging sounds. The issue that can be easily addressed and should be addressed asap

The location was nice. The space was renovated

The renovations weren’t quite finished yet. The smell of the paint on the walls was unbearable and we had to sleep with the windows open. Fortunately the weather was not so cold but it wasn’t a great sleeping experience

Pas très propre, mauvaise réactivité du propriétaire, présentation dans l'annonce comme un appartement mais en réalité correspond plus à une petite chambre sans le service de nettoyage, la TV fonctionnait mal.

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis und gute Lage - trotz mieser Zimmeratmosphäre

Lage sehr gut, in der Nähe vieler Restaurants. Auch in der Nähe des weißen Turmes und super Anschluß zu Bussen. Lage kann ich empfehlen; auch zu Fuß ist das Zentrum gut erreichbar mit einem Spaziergang Personal freundlich. Service per Email freundlich.

Es ist sehr laut in den Fluren: man hört jedes Gespräch nachts, jeden der rein und raus geht und sogar wie die Nachbarn ihren Tür Code eingeben. Es riecht sehr unangenehm aus dem Duschabfluss sodass das ganze Zimmer stinkt, leider ein riesen Minuspunkt. Dieses Problem hätte man schon vor langem beheben können, anstatt den Kunden zu sagen, sie sollen bitte keine negative Bewertung abgeben, das ist schon unverschämt, muss ich sagen. Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster zeigt voll gekackte Balkone; es ist unmöglich draußen zu sitzen; dafür kann der Mieter nichts, aber es wird mit schönen Aussichten geworben. Da war ich enttäuscht.

Ευχάριστη εμπειρία. Θα ξανάπροτιμήσω στο μέλλον το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα.

Η τοποθεσία του καταλυμματος είναι εξαιρετική καθώς βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης και μετακινείται κάποιος εύκολα με τα πόδια. Επίσης το κατάλυμα ήταν καθαρό και ανετο και το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό.

Η ηχομόνωση ήταν το μόνο πρόβλημα κατά την διάρκεια της διαμονής μου.

Μακριά απο τα φθηνά δωμάτια του Philus. Απαράδεκτα!

Τίποτα απολύτως. Το δωμάτιο αυτό πρέπει να το δει η υγειονομική υπηρεσία και να αποφανθεί αν είναι κατάλληλο προς διαμονή.

Το συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο ήταν άθλιο. Χωρίς σαπούνι και αφρολουτρο. Σουίτα δεν είναι. Είναι ένα κλουβί. Το μπαλκόνι είναι μικρό και κυρίως ανθυγιεινό. Μέσα στη βρώμα. Γεμάτο κουτσουλιές. Και τα έπιπλα μπαλκονιού επίσης. Γύρω ο ακαλυπτος χρειάζεται καθάρισμα. Δεν πρόκειται για σουίτα με μπαλκόνι. Πρόκειται για κοροϊδία και κλέψιμο χρημάτων. Το ποσό που πληρωσαμε δεν ανταποκρίνεται στην αθλια εικόνα που αντικρισαμε. Ζητήσαμε και μας άλλαξαν κατάλυμα. Πήγαμε στο Breen. Τα ιδια και εκεί. Βρωμιά, έλλειψη κλιματισμού. Χαλασμένα πράγματα. Λάβετε μέτρα και μην αφήνετε να εκμεταλλεουνται τον χώρο κάποιοι επιτήδειοι.

Μόνο η τοποθεσία ήταν καλή τίποτα άλλο!

Η ασυνέπεια των ιδιοκτητών Είχαμε τσεκ ιν υποτίθεται στις 15:00 και μετά από αρκετά τηλεφωνήματα με τους ιδιοκτήτες τις οδηγίες για να μπούμε στο κατάλυμα μας τις έστειλαν στις 15:10. Επίσης κατά το τσεκ αουτ μας χτύπησαν την πόρτα στις 11:01 ενώ μπήκαμε στο κατάλυμα στις 15:40μμ. Γενικά, το δωμάτιο δεν ανταποκρινόταν στις φωτογραφίες που παρουσιάζονται στη booking! Τέλος, πολλή φασαρία κάθε στιγμή της ημέρας και της νύχτας! (Για να έχουμε καθαρές πετσέτες καθημερινά είναι 6€)

Geamul separator dintre camera si baie, un geam matifiat dar prin care se vedea silueta si cel mai neplacut lumina, se vedea destul de tare cand foloseai toaleta pe timp de noapte, nefiind tocmai placut pentru cel care vrea sa doarma. 🥹

Aparatul de cafea nu functiona. Nu am avut maner la usa. Nu mergea liftul. Nu an avut intimitate. Nu am avut loc de parcare. Am avut igrasie si miros de mucegai. Nu am avut oglinda in baie. Nu am avut acces in camera pentru ca nu s-a specificat ca intrarea in camera se face cu cheie si nu cu cod. Foarte multe deficiente! Spatiul de cazare foarte mic.

Un sejur foarte frumos

Locatie centrala, multe baruri si restaurante in jur. Mi-a plăcut ca accesul a fost foarte facil. Ne-am întâlnit cu un domn care ne-a oferit o noua rețea de wifi, pentru ca cea menționată initial nu funcționa.

Baia era delimitata de camera cu un perete de sticla si lumina din baie era deranjanta pentru cine era in pat si voia sa doarmă. Am fost cazați doua nopți, iar după prima noapte mi s-au luat 4 Euro din cont, nu știu exact pentru ce, bănuiesc ca pentru o taxa de oraș. Adevarul e ca nici nu am fost foarte atenta sa vad daca este menționat acest lucru pe undeva, deci poate sa fie si din neatenția mea.
