Big apartment in a perfect location

The apartment was located in a perfect place in the city - between the White tower, Aristotelous square, Ladadika district, the Roman forum and the Rothunda. The apartment is very big - 3 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, perfect kitchen, living room and 2 balconies.

The shower cabin doesn't have a door and the whole bathroom becomes very wet when you take a shower.

The location was excellent. Right in the heart of everything . You could see this apartment was renovated in recent years and would have been an exceptional property except for the damage.

We are a family 7 ; one of my sons slept on the couch as the sofa part of the couch was broken. Pictures sent to the owner. Requested for the beds to be fixed received no call or message back from the property manager. Then the bed in the first bedroom had two missing slats which made the mattress sink. It was supported by a plastic tub. Then second bed was also very soft& sank. The bathroom vanity was damaged , the draw was broken. The shower has no door which meant the water went all over the floor. The kitchen had water damaged,on the bottom of the cupboards, although still functional.

Great location but could improve the apartment quality

Great location, very spacy apartment that can sleep easily 6 or even 7 people. Amenities were good, in the heart of the city center.

It is obvious the place needs some maintenance, the shower door was missing or some handles came apart when used but really minor things. The building is old and also completely in the shade all day, can't really use the balcony. Some extra towels or toilet supplies could be useful as they run out if you say more than 2 days. Check in details were sent at the last minute so was a bit worried how the whole thing works until a few hours before arrival, would be better sent the day before. (it's all via lockbox and pins)

A comfortable stay

It was a very pleasant stay!The apartment was really big and the location was very nice,near the center.If you are a group of people who are interested in staying in Thesaloniki,I recommend you this apartment

The only thing I noticed was that we didnt have handsoap in the toilet but maybe that was a little mistake!!Everything else was just fine

Perfect location & comfortable apartment

Perfect location easy walk to everything. Spacious apartment with three rooms and two toilets. Great that there was a sandwich toaster so we could make little toasted sandwiches when we had an early start to go on a day trip to meteora.

Looks like a recent refurbishment but it is maybe a little unfinished - the cupboards didn’t all have doors and were a little broken. The shower didn’t have a door so wet floor with a bathroom mat that got very wet.

Exceptional

Excellent location to the center, anything you need is close: souvenirs, restaurants, sea front, white tower. At the same time apartment is on calm and cousy street, where you can see the life of locals, buy sweets in neighbourhood bakery and have your coffee on balcony.

Great place to stay while in Thessaloniki

It was an excellent solution for a one-night stay in Thessaloniki, very close to the port. The place was big enough to accommodate two families of three people. Clean and very well equipped. We had a wine bottle from our host waiting for us. Thanks. Great system of check-in and check-out with the key boxes.

The only issue we had, was with the parking, and that is for first-time travelers in Thessaloniki. It takes a while to get your head around parking, but if you find an empty parking place, then everything else is easy to handle. There is a parking place just next to the building, but we couldn't understand the time frame specific to that parking, so we parked our cars in the public places where parking is free from 9 PM till 7 AM in the morning.

A lovely large apartment that exactly what we wanted and the standard was excellent

the apartment was exactly like the photos. The managers were very accessible and helpful to us.

we would have liked a small safe as one is aware of the possibility of burglary and when one has passports and other valuables with them it’s important to be able to lock them away when outside.

Amazing location, well compartmented apartment, perfect for 3 couples

Location is amazing - very central, access inside was easy (key in the safebox, at the entrance), the space is clean and has 3 almost identical rooms, so the couples will not fight over one room or the other. Also there is a nice balcony at the street where you could sip a glass of wine (which in our case was gifted by the host).

Clean, spacious and well decorated appartment in the center of Thessaloniki

Very nice, spacious and clean appartment only in the middle of the city center (no sea view though XD). Beds and couch were comfortable. Hostess is very nice, communication goes extremely fast through the booking.com app and the service is very good. When we locked ourself out of the appartment (not that smart of us), but after only 10 minutes of messaging the hostess was on her way. She contacted immediately a company to open the door and within 45 minutes we could enter the appartment (costs were 30 euro, which is very cheap!).

Balcony is not big enough for 6 persons

Най- разочароващото е пъро, че апартамента, който запазихме не беше този апартамент от снимките. Следователно не получихме услугата, за която бяхме платили и съгласили на база на публикуваните в букинг снимки. Локацията дори във букинг не съвпадна с тази която собственика израри. Апртамента беше доста стар. Цена качество не отговаряше. Второ не беше коректен още в началото защото писахме през седмицата, че ще бъдем с дете и ако е възможно да се настаним малко по рано заради обедния час за спане на детето. Отговори ни че можем след 12:30 ще прати подробности за адреса. Според този отговор се насоихме да сме близо, но уви започна да ни върти, че много имало за чистене не са готови и познайте както е уговорено в букинг в 15:00 писа, за да не го санкционира букинг писа по задаеното от тях време. Ние се чудихме как и къде да преспим детето. Ако знаехме и не ни беше излъгъл щяхме да тръгнем от България много по късно. Некоректен е, не бих изобщо препотъчала. За пръв път ни се случвамтакова нещо, а пътуваме доста в различни държави. Няма места за паркиране.

Άργησαν να καθαρίσουν το δωμάτιο και καταλήξαμε με μπούμε στις 5 το απόγευμα. Δεν ετοίμασαν το κατάλυμα για 8 άτομα. Ο καναπές γίνεται μεν κρεβάτι αλλά σκεπάσματα και σεντόνια δεν υπήρχαν πουθενά.
