Excellent stay, perfect location!

Excellent service by the staff, easy check-in and check-out.

The only thing that it's not excellent is that the elevator is very narrow even for two persons, especially if they carry luggage. However the building it's old and although the hotel is new and all the spaces renovated, elevator is something that you cannot re-build I guess...

Another delightful stay!

This was our second stay in this hotel, we are always very satisfied with the exemplary service and the hotel location! The room itself is clean and fairly good size, bathroom/shower room is very good quality and in general the sleep quality offered by the beds/pillows is very good. This is a highly recommended hotel.

If there is anything that has to be said, this is the performance of the WiFi. We are not sure if this is because of the specific room or the hotel overall, but the WiFi could be of better performance.

Excellent stay in Thessaloniki

The hotel is in the very center of the city but on a lateral street - so, no discomfort whatsoever coming from the zillion terraces and bars close to it. The personnel is truly helpful.

Pillow stay

Very good location, next to The White Tower, so very easy to find your way back home. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

I was disappointed to find out that they don't have their own restaurant, you can have breakfast but in your room, very limited options, the staff will pick up from a nearby place and deliver to your door. But there are plenty of places to eat just round the corner.

First of all, the location of the hotel is very close to the central taxi stands or the main street. Right next to the white tower. The staff is very polite, attentive and follower. The hotel is clean and the daily cleaning is also very good. Price performance is very good. We will come again. Thanks

Perfect for location and cleanliness

The location is great, right in the heart of everything but not noisy at all. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and clean.

I would have preferred one thinner pillow, they were both very chunky, just my preference, a minor issue.

Good location and warm staff and good service

It’s located very close to the seaside and right next to the white tower. We did all the sightseeing on foot, it is easy to walk to all the attractions. The room is clean and comfortable. The staffs are all very friendly. The parking is a nearby parking garage with professional facilities. It cost only €13/night. Overall it is a very good hotel with an excellent location and service.

Very pleasant stay and friendly staff

Although it was a short stay, it was a very pleasant one. The location of the hotel is perfect, a minute's walk to the White Tower and the seaside. Cute restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff is kind and supportive. They offered us a parking space, also within a few minutes from the hotel (closed and safe with 24 support). We were welcomed with wine and a nice gift. And the room itself was very modern and spacious, especially the bathroom. The clean, comfy beds and pillows will allow you a nice PILLOW talk and sweet dreams. Thank you, we will be back for sure. Highly recommended.

It was close to the square and restorants. Luxury room with free wine & coffee, comforable snd clean.

Too much telephone calls, TV and telephone line between the room and the reception didnt work.
