The hotel was very clean and well maintained
While the hotel was nice and clean, there were a few areas that could be improved. The room did not have any tissues provided, and we had to repeatedly request them during our stay. Additionally, the hotel did not have a luggage scale available, which made it difficult to weigh our bags before traveling.

We enjoyed a great stay at Rayelin Old City. The room was excellent, the facilities superb, and breakfast each morning gave a good start to the day. Our special thanks to the breakfast team – Reșat (wonderful omelettes!), Jasmine, Seda and Sima. A perfect location also. I thoroughly recommend staying here.

Location ideal to explore old city and loads of lovely restaurants close by. Bed very comfortable and large room. Ice cream parlour in reception ideal also excellent breakfast. Great air conditioning!
Bath robes are children size and not worth having. Fridge in room ideal but empty? Water left on unit. Had there have been drinks available we would have bought them. No bar in reception so forced to go elsewhere which meant we ate out.
