    Location is very nice, and tram station is a little walking distance.

    The room bigger than expected and in good location - very near Beyazit tram station. However, there were several areas where the overall experience could be improved. It was disappointing that no tea or coffee facilities were provided in the room, as these are generally expected as a basic convenience. The breakfast also had very limited protein options, with the main choices being sausages or nuggets alongside eggs. The restaurant service was the most disappointing aspect of the stay. Some staff members came across as unnecessarily fussy and on occasions rather rude. We were asked to leave the restaurant shortly after finishing our meal, despite there were numerous tables available for other customers. This felt particularly unwelcoming and unnecessary. The provision of drinking water was another area that could be improved. We were not allowed to refill our water, which was disappointing and felt unnecessarily restrictive. I appreciate that the hotel may have policies or procedures regarding water refills, but the way this was handled gave the impression that the hotel was being overly restrictive with a basic guest amenity. A more accommodating approach or clearer explanation of the reason for the restriction would have made the experience feel more welcoming.
