The location was probably the best part of the stay. I really liked the area and found it very convenient for my time in Vienna. The apartment was also spacious enough that I actually enjoyed spending time there sometimes, which was nice during a longer stay. Toilet paper, bedding, towels and bath mats were provided, and overall the apartment was comfortable and practical for two weeks.

The cleaning situation could definitely be improved. Guests are expected to clean the apartment themselves, but there were very few proper cleaning supplies available and the broom kept breaking. Some areas were also quite dusty, including places that seemed like they had not been cleaned properly for a while. I tried to clean them myself, but without the right equipment this was difficult. The shower also had quite a lot of mould around the seals and at the bottom, which should be addressed. For a 14-night stay, only one large towel and one small towel were provided, and getting additional towels was quite expensive, so I ended up washing them myself. I understand that this is an apartment rather than a hotel, but for a longer stay a little more could be provided.

Very spacious and light, good kitchen, pleasant balconies. We enjoyed the apartment itself, very convenient. Also there was an incident one night when the neighbours were too loud late at night and we appreciate the way it was resolved by the administrator.

Sadly, we had all nights sleepless because of: 1. It was 25 degrees every night and the heating system was not adjustable. There were no instructions how to switch it completely off 2. Since it was too hot at night, we asked for thinner covers. Unfortunately there were only winter ones 3. There was a big amount of dust on the top of bathroom that was all around in the air once we opened 2 balcony doors.. I'm allergic, so couldn't breath normally 4. Neighbours' party (not the fault of the administration)
