Nice spacious apartment, well furnished, location was also very good (near the S-Bahn station, supermarkets and restaurants). Quiet district away from city center.

The lack of an elevator in the apartment meant having to drag my luggage up 2 floors. Also, there was construction going on while I stayed. While the noise did not affect me (despite the very thin doors), there was maintenance work done on the laundry room that was not communicated to me until I asked the property owners about it, and as a result I could not wash my clothes until my next location. Furthermore, some nights I'd return to the property to see the main door left open at night after the construction crew had left, which was a major safety hazard. On the doors, they were very thin and also was only locked by a keypad, might not be the safest as a solo traveller.

Very good location, peaceful.

Cleanliness, privacy, useful appliances.

Position near to the station but very far from the city. It requires at least 30 min commuting. Moreover, during the night the connection is not the best. No lift. No ventilation fun in the bathroom. Too small space, for the price I had higher expectations.
