Builders quite noisey

The cleanness and free access to the facility

The facility in general was okay for a short stay, the bus stop was right in front of the building and the area, although far from the city centre, had everything that you would need. A nice Austrian restaurant next door was a plus and a S bahn train station was at walking distance.

There was no physical reception of this building and hence I had to look into the door codes every time I was entering the building and my room, a door key/card would have been nicer. during my stay there was some construction work ongoing which made the stay unpleasant, I tried to stay outdoor as much as possible. The room had a ceiling fan that barely works, there was an AC but never worked, maybe the remote is broken. Some of the ceiling lights in the kitchen area were not working, the refrigerator door was difficult to close, the freezer needs a defrosting . Basically, it looks like the facility lacks good maintenance and management, which is a shame for this otherwise good facility.

Cleanliness, privacy, useful appliances.

Position near to the station but very far from the city. It requires at least 30 min commuting. Moreover, during the night the connection is not the best. No lift. No ventilation fun in the bathroom. Too small space, for the price I had higher expectations.
